Since 1998, the Vagisil Women's Health CenterSM (VWHC) has been an online health resource for women of all ages covering a range of feminine health topics, such as vaginal dryness, feminine odor, itching and infection. All information is reviewed by qualified medical experts, such as Adelaide Nardone, M.D., a board certified OB/GYN. With a different theme each year, ranging from tracking your health genealogy to the importance of annual Pap tests, the VWHC helps women understand feminine symptoms and concerns.

For more information, women are invited to visit our "Ask the Doctor" section, which affords women the opportunity to ask confidential questions via email to board-certified health experts and receive answers within 48 hours.

There are some basics that every woman should know about her vulvovaginal health. Unfortunately, some items are often overlooked or simply not discussed. As a woman ages, her entire body changes and women need to be informed about what to expect and tips to stay healthy. For this reason, the Vagisil Women's Health CenterSM has taken a special look at the vulvovaginal issues women of all ages experience – those that can be prevented (STDs) and those that can't (vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, etc.) with Elizabeth G. Stewart, M.D. gynecologist, vulvovaginal expert and author of "The V Book: A Doctor's Guide to Complete Vulvovaginal Health." Please click here or visit the updated "Educate Yourself" section for more information. A complete press kit and media information are available in the Women's Health Headlines section.

Many women slather on body sprays, perfumes and deodorants after their daily workouts, but they often ignore the place where perspiration occurs most…the vaginal area. In 2004, the Vagisil Women's Health CenterSM conducted an educational campaign to tell women how to properly care for themselves when "Exercising Your Feminine Health." As a result of the 2002 Victories in Feminine Health efforts, the VWHC came to realize that many myths and misconceptions about feminine health abounds -- among women of all ages. Therefore, the 2003 "Victories in Feminine Health" program will be dedicated to clearing up the misinformation that continues to affect the lives of women.
